beauty fades,style is eternal

hello...is time to blog now...recently,miss my blog so much,r u???yea~just finished pasar malam time with mama n sister,sister vkaey went to cut her hair short like mine,but she is shorter than mine,how brave of her???give a big clap to her~==well,imma not dare to cut my hair anymore...i need a long hair go to my 17 GRADUATION nite,so...keep it..haha...talking about keep my hair,i forget to keep fit also...recently,my body weight too scare ppl even the owner,lol...dunno y...imma hard to control eating,and yet,im lazy to do exercise also..how to thin???any idea??if for me,im a person who gt gastric,if wan to keep fit,cnt skip meal...cuz scare will bring bad effect to my body...haiz~im less have my ice-cream time with my family ad,less sugar now also,but went to pasar malam...cnt control to eat the tau fu fa~lol,cuz is my favourite,i had been one year more din touch cold food n drink cuz my disease just oni recover...btr than last year~recenly,my mum keep saying about my body size,she said i gt spare tyre on my stomach and even my leg are big like elephant's leg...lol~i cnt imagine tat im fat like what she told me???hurt me leh..but well,is time to keep fit now...i saw an advertisment about oat crunch brand biscuit,n my sc teacher told me before it is good for health if having dis type of biscuit,well,i wanna to try it with a cup of oat~sound nice huh??
it is less sugar and have many flavours,is depend on ur favourite..so,if i choose,i would like to choose the original taste and less sugar...if i cnt control my diet,i swear im a fat girl future...
ppl say is easy to fat,is hard to thin...tat y..i think i need to start my fit plan now..so wish i can success^^and,on the other hands ,u all can also try to make oat crunch on urself,actually it is easy to make it,and yet,it doesnt take so much time to do^^so,lend me ur time awhile,read my post..u can try it in your home,try to do these to ur frens anf family,im sure they will loving it...and dis oat crunch tat u make is diff than u buy it in packet...it is mixed with pumpkin..pumpkin good mah~rich in vitamin A,B,C,D,E....i dun love it,but i have to eat it also...cuz i noe it is good for health..and...ok...dun wan to talk ad...let start the lesson about the making of Pumpkin Parfaits with Oat Crunch

Pumpkin Parfaits with Oat Crunch



This recipe makes 1 cup of Oat Crunch, which is more than you'll need for the parfaits. Save the rest to serve with yogurt, fresh berries, or sorbet.

Directions

To make Oat Crunch:
1. Preheat oven to 300°F. Combine puffed rice, oats, and pumpkin seeds in small bowl. Add maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, and pinch of salt; stir well. Transfer ingredients to prepared baking sheet; spread into thin layer. Bake 10 to 15 minutes, or until light brown. Remove from oven; let cool. Break up Oat Crunch with fingers, and set aside.
To make Pumpkin Mousse:
1. Whisk tofu cream cheese in bowl until fluffy. Add pumpkin pie filling, and whisk until smooth. Chill.
2. Spoon 2 Tbs. yogurt into serving glasses. Top with one-quarter Pumpkin Mousse. Sprinkle 1 Tbs. Oat Crunch over each parfait. Repeat process with yogurt, Pumpkin Mousse, and Oat Crunch.

  • 1/2 cup puffed rice cereal
  • 1/4 cup gluten-free old-fashioned rolled oats (not instant), such as Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Rolled Oats
  • 2 Tbs. raw pumpkin seeds
  • 2 Tbs. pure maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
Pumpkin Mousse
  • 3 Tbs. gluten-free tofu cream cheese, such as Follow Your Heart Vegan Gourmet Cream Cheese Alternative
  • 1/2 cup sweetened pumpkin pie filling
  • 6 oz. vanilla soy yogurt
